How to make a successful payment to Beijing Tours

How to use Paypal:
Way 1 (Paypal member):
Simply click the button "Pay Now", then you will be brought to the Paypal and show you the way to work on it. It's no necessary to become a member of Paypal to use the service although membership is free.
Way 2 (non-paypal member):
We will send you an email to offering secure online payment by using Mastercard, Visa, American Express after you booking the tour.
Note: 4% transaction fee should be added when using Paypal.

When you receive a mail from beijing-tours.cn for requesting tour fees, please make sure it comes from this account.
Cancellation Policy:
1. If a cancellation is made 7 days or more days before original arrival date, the total tour fee will refund to you without any charge.
2. If you cancel inside of one week (7 days), you will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
3. If you cancel the day before or the day of your trip date (inside 48 hours), 50% payment will be due.
But for the cancellation fee for a specific tour booked through us, please consult with our working person.
Notes:
1.Refunds are only possible via the same method as the Payment - if via your Paypal account then we refund to the same account. If credit card payments via the Paypal site - refund will be via Paypal to the same credit card. Phone card payments - refund only possible to the same credit card number.
2. Refund only can be made within 60 days from the original payment was sent. We are not able to refund deposit if cancellation is made after 60 days of the payment. If you cancel the booking, please try to leave enough time (we may not able to see your cancellation email until our working hours next day - due to the different time zone, a whole day may be lost, also we are also not a 24 hours service).
Individual travel and Group travel:
The prices for Individual and Group price varies along with the amount of total tourists: 1 person; 2 persons: 3-5 persons; 6-9 persons; Group price is only for tourists over 10.
